This is a well-conceived multifunction printer, with the emphasis on photocopying. In a small business or a small department of a larger organisation it can cope with all the day-to-day work needed to print, copy, scan and fax. It's cheap to run and quick to print and the print quality is fine for text documents.

Its duplex scan and print facilities and its well-designed control panel make it a versatile machine for scanning and copying, as well as printing, and its support for Windows, OS X and Linux, and provision of both PCL and Postscript page description languages, add to this flexibility.
