Print Job Manager is an optional plug-in that ships with KMnet Admin.

Print Job Manager provides print queue and job control to both end-users and administrators. There is a separate URL for end-users, which provides them with the ability to manage their print jobs.

My Print Jobs

Users can view all of their current and completed jobs from a web browser
Users can cancel, re-order or pause their active print jobs
Users can retain jobs on the server for reprinting
Administrators can cancel, re-order, and pause any print job

Job Release Printing

Store print jobs on the server and print them by entering the job code on the printer or MFP’s operation panel
Retain print jobs for up to 90 days
Follow-me type printing option for any single print queue

Confidential Printing

Confidential print jobs can be held on the server until a PIN is entered at the device
To preserve confidentiality, every print job is automatically encrypted with an unique key generated at run time
Stored print jobs can only be released only by the print job creator
