Print Job Manager

Print Job Manager is an optional plug-in that ships with KMnet Admin.

Print Job Manager provides print queue and job control to both end-users and administrators. There is a separate URL for end-users, which provides them with the ability to manage their print jobs.

My Print Jobs

Job Release Printing


 

  • Store print jobs on the server and print them by entering the job code on the printer or MFP’s operation panel 
  • Retain print jobs for up to 90 days 
  • Follow-me type printing option for any single print queue



Confidential Printing


 

  • Confidential print jobs can be held on the server until a PIN is entered at the device
  • To preserve confidentiality, every print job is automatically encrypted with an unique key generated at run time 
  • Stored print jobs can only be released only by the print job creator
